电器验货-电热水壶的检验，我们一般采取AQL标准（Acceptable Quality Limits, 可接受质量限制）来定义产品缺陷程度和可接受范围。
电热水壶:
外观注意事项:如果是塑料件,那需要注意壶身和底座的颜色是否一致.有可能材料不一致而导致有色差,那需要查看客人订单,参考样品,彩盒产品照片.
塑料件注意飞边,缩水,气纹,划痕等外观不良.各个装配部位缝隙应该均匀,间隙不要大于0.8mm.不要有松动/变形等不良现象.
金属件,表面应该注意划痕,锈斑,电镀不良及指纹印等不良情况,外观应该符合客人订单及样品. (例如不锈钢镜面及哑光效果)
好大货和彩盒照片放一起拍张照片.
三、基本测试
1.Transportation drop test (运输跌落测试)
2.Product Size /power cord length / Weight Measurement (产品尺寸/电源线长度/重量测量.量尺寸的时候尺子拉直,如果卷尺头子有松动,可以从10cm位置开始测量)
3.Bar code scan check(条形码扫描检查)
二维码(app下载个二维码扫描软件,可以扫描出链接,如果不能连上,拍链接照片备注即可)
4.Assembly/installation check(组装/安装检查)
5.Coating Adhesive Tape Test(涂层附着力测试)
6.Stability test(稳定性测试，加Max刻度的水,并且电源线要放在不利的方向)
7.High voltage test（高压测试）
8.Power on check (通电检查，注意冷却5分钟再加入冷水)
(留意盖子是否松开或者打不开)
9.Earth continually test if applicable（接地持续测试（如适用））
10.Power consumption check（功耗检查）
11.Power cord strain relief test（电源线拉力测试）
(如果没有拉力器,可以吊相应的重量,这个测试好不要备注没有仪器)
12.Internal workmanship and critical component check（内部工艺和关键部件检查）
13.Rubbing test for rating label and adhesive Test for printing, marking and logo （额定标签和粘合剂的摩擦测试印刷、标记和徽标测试） 基本测试:如果产品是360度旋转的.
14.Jug body 360 degree rotation check（壶体360度旋转检查）
Poured purified water into Min. level, input rated voltage and switch on, then slowly turned jug body along base for two circle (clockwise and anti-clockwise), check if intermittent function between jug and base.（将纯净水倒入低水位，输入额定电压并打开开关，然后慢慢沿底座旋转壶体两圈（顺时针和逆时针），检查壶体和底座之间是否间歇性功能。）
(其他要求壶身和底座之间垫0.5mm厚的垫圈不能有接触不良的问题发现)
15.Boiling hot water temperature check（沸水温度检查）
Poured purified water into Max level, then input rated voltage and switch on, measured boiling water temperature (centre position) after steam switched off and record actual data into report. （将纯净水倒入高水位，然后输入额定电压并打开开关，关闭蒸汽后测量沸水温度（中心位置），并将实际数据记录到报告中。） the water should not spray out of kettle, and the lid should be on the housing properly. （水不应从水壶中喷出，盖子应正确盖在外壳上。） (正常烧水应该水不会溅出,如果有问题可以根据溢出或飞溅出的量来备注,拍照或视频来正面)(水温一般要大于98C,时间客人有要求就记录,一般温度到98C后30秒以内温控会跳,当然根据结构不同,如果蒸汽开关在手柄下部就会慢一点)
16.capacity check（容量检查）
The capacity should be complied with requirement (claims)
（一般正负5%)
17.Timing accuracy check (for with timing function item) Timer should be set as per instruction manual and the timer is set at max. time, and then to operate it, the actual time should be measured, if no client requirement, the tolerance requirement is: electronics type +/-1minutes, mechanical type +/-10% （计时精度检查（带计时功能的产品）计时器应按照说明书设置，计时器设置为大时间，然后运行，应测量实际时间，如果客户没有要求，公差要求为：电子类型+/-1分钟，机械类型+/-10％）
18.Dry boiling check（干烧检查）
Apply a lower voltage( about 70% of rated voltage ) with no water in the kettle, then check if thermal control switch operates as intended. no safety issue occurs. （在水壶中没有水的情况下施加较低电压（约70％额定电压），然后检查热控开关是否按预期运行。没有发生安全问题。） (看下是否发黄变色,塑料是否变形,温控起跳时间是否太慢<60S)
19.Handle strength check（手柄强度检查）
The fixing system of handle shall bear a bending stress force of 100N(applied on (each) handle) for 1 minute.
