海尔中试事业部坐落于中国青岛海尔工业园内，现拥有固定资产7亿元，是海尔集团的中试基地，国内最大的塑料生产基地之一。事业部自1993年成立以来，紧盯市场需求，不断壮大研发力量，积极跟踪应用国际领先的新材料、新技术、新工艺，先后开发并推广了气辅中空成型技术（In-gas）、模内转印技术（In-mold）、模内嵌入技术（In-sert）、超声波焊接技术、震动摩擦焊技术、双色注塑技术，并拥有喷涂、丝印、移印、真空喷塑、电镀、热转印等二次加工能力和大中型钣金件生产能力，是青岛市高新技术企业。
Haier Zhongshi Business Department, located in Qingdao Haier Industry Park, is one of the largest plastic production bases in China.China. It has the fixed assets of RMB700 million Yuan and is the Zhongshi base of Haier Group. Since its establishment in 1993, our Business Department has been keeping a close eye at market demand and striving to strengthen R&D force. We actively follow up and adopt international advanced new materials, new technologies and new technics, and developed and spread in-gas hollow molding technology, in-mold revolving technology, in-mold insert technology, ultrasonic welding technology, shaking friction welding technology, double-color injection technology. We also have second processing capacity of painting, silk-screen, movable printing, vacuum injection, electroplating, and heat revolving printing, and producing capacity of large and medium size metal plate parts. Our department was appraised as hi-tech enterprise by Qingdao Science and Technology Bureau.
海尔中试事业部推行海尔OEC管理模式和6S现场管理模式，不断完善生产系统和质量管理系统，顺利通过了ISO9001：2000版质量体系和ISO14001环境体系认证，并有多项科技成果通过高新技术鉴定，多个QC小组获得国家级、省级QC小组称号。
Haier Zhongshi Business Department carries out Haier OEC management mode and 6S onsite management mode and continuously perfects our production system and quality control system. our products passed the ISO9001：2000 quality system authentication and ISO140001environmental system authentication and our many technology achievements passed hi-tech checkup and many QC groups won national level and provincial level QC Group titles.
